We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support across various hotel functions, including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparation of documents, data entry, and communication with clients and vendors.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move around the property as needed.
- $43,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
