Job Description:The Assistant Guest Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our valet services.
Reporting directly to the Guest Services Manager, this individual will assist in managing daily activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Guest Services Manager in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of valet operations.
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and enforce established dress code and hygiene guidelines.
- Prepare schedules and process payroll.
- Assist with customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
