About the RoleThis position is based under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor and involves performing a variety of duties with a focus on accounts receivables, accounts payable, dispatching, invoicing, maintaining various files, and other functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and/or maintain Excel and Word documents for correspondence, forms, orders, and other administrative tasks.
- Display professionalism and use tact when communicating with customers and other employees via telephone.
- Cross-train in all office administration functions to provide support where needed.
- Perform various other clerical functions as necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and location.
