Job Title: Regional Security Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Security Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a Regional Security Manager, you will be responsible for leading security-related communications and promoting security awareness within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead security-related communications and promote security awareness
- Provide guidance and interpretation about security standards, practices, and programs
- Deliver tailored training and audit programs to facilitate consistent quality program delivery
- Provide event security management for corporate events to ensure the safety and security of employees, vendors, partners, customers, and guests
- Support Supply Chain Security in partnership and collaboration with Global Logistics
- Collaborate internally and externally to solve challenging issues and provide solutions related to regional risk mitigation and event management
- Assess security exposures and implement programs to address them, influencing stakeholders and clients as required
- Maintain liaison with government, industry, and intelligence professionals
- Respond to security emergencies
Requirements:
- 7+ years of security experience, including corporate experience
- A mix of law enforcement, military, and intelligence experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience in Supply Chain Security is preferred, but not required
- Be technology literate, including proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Be willing to travel in support of business assignments, approximately 10%
- Ability to identify complex security issues and customize, implement, and execute innovative processes and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including presentation, reporting, and consulting
- General ability to use security systems and applications

- Excellent writing skills
- Thorough knowledge of criminal and civil procedure as it relates to evidence, privacy, interviewing, breach of contract, fraud, supply chain, and intellectual property protection
- Proven "customer service" and relationship management skills
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Abreast of industry and technology changes to ensure security programs minimize emerging risks
- Familiar with the range of professional security literature
- Strong understanding of vendor management and budget planning
