Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Unit Manager to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Clinical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and protocols, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the quality team to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered care.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff, identifying areas for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Current RN license and relevant certifications (e.g., CCRN, CNL).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
