About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Dallas Healthcare Consultants. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful implementation of remote patient care programs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and they derive value from our services.
  • Program Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful launches of remote patient care programs.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that drive business expansion.
  • Client Satisfaction: Assess client satisfaction through regular reporting and conversations, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in healthcare, with experience in remote patient management programs and services.
  • Skills: Proven track record of managing implementation/customer success plans, excellent communication skills, and ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
