Position Summary:

As the Manager of Product Marketing and Programming, you will play a pivotal role in shaping integrated product strategies aimed at enhancing awareness, consideration, and adoption of our offerings. This position involves leading a team of product marketers and driving the strategic approach for launching ATPCO's products and solutions into the market. You will act as the spokesperson and subject matter expert, influencing marketing decisions and further distinguishing our products within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership and direction to the product marketing team to ensure the success of our products.
  • Oversee tactical execution planning for product marketing and guide decision-making processes as needed.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies by utilizing consumer insights, content marketing, social/web/email platform marketing, account-based marketing, partner marketing, and other relevant tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage messaging and positioning frameworks, value propositions, and related materials for ATPCO products, enhancing our storytelling and brand visibility.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop engaging event messaging and programming, coordinate with sales for lead generation, and collaborate with product teams to effectively showcase our offerings.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to ensure successful end-to-end event programming, focusing on customer relations and demonstrating return on investment.
  • Ensure alignment across divisions to deliver a cohesive program and brand-enhancing events that meet our overall business objectives.

  • Experience in product marketing and B2B events and conferences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.

Salary Range: USD $122,000 - $150,000
