We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Triumph Financial. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing portfolio performance, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring timely submission of client funding requests and maintaining operational controls to prevent portfolio loss exposure.
- Provide training and guidance to Client Service Representatives (CSRs) assigned to your team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Analyze portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize customer service and risk management disciplines.
- Lead by example, modeling humility and providing direction and oversight of verification procedures performed by CSRs.
- Effectively communicate with team members, debtors, clients, and senior management, providing regular updates on portfolio performance and client relationships.
- Identify training and development strategies for all reporting staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Manage resolution of disputes, open credits, post verifications, and confirmations on accounts as needed in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, or 4 years of experience in a customer service position of increased responsibility in lieu of degree.
- 2 to 4 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of freight, transportation, and/or logistics industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused at high levels of productivity.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, while meeting strict deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
