Die Repair Technician

Compensation PackageA competitive salary of $65,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid personal time, and paid parental leave.
Job Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair dies that are not functioning as designed, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Maintain and assemble casting dies, performing routine and preventative scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; strong mechanical background preferred.
- Knowledge of die casting and die operation a plus.
- Possess excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a heavy manufacturing environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Obtain MKC forklift and crane certification, showcasing mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
The job requires regular standing, stooping, bending, and reaching above the shoulders, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds. Wear Personal Protective Equipment, such as Hearing Protection, Safety Glasses, Safety Toe Shoes, and hand protection, in designated areas.
Travel RequirementsLess than 5% travel requirement, allowing for a stable work-life balance.
