About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the Maintenance department, performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising skilled tradespeople, facilities maintenance, and machine maintenance crews
  • Coordinating procurement of maintenance materials, capital equipment, and services
  • Maintaining function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment through preventive maintenance programs
  • Improving function and reliability by studying performance results and implementing changes

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Essential Qualifications
  • A strong background in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in the automotive or supplier industry
  • Experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of supervising and training staff
  • Technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
