Die Repair Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Die Repair Technician to join our team at Madison-Kipp Corporation. As a leading manufacturer in high-pressure die casting and precision machining, we pride ourselves on our 120-year history and commitment to excellence.
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
As a Die Repair Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing dies that are not functioning as designed. You will also perform routine maintenance and preventative scheduled maintenance on casting dies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot dies to identify the root cause of issues
- Repair or replace damaged components
- Perform routine maintenance on casting dies
- Work with a team to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical background and knowledge of die casting processes preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
