Join Our Team as a Service Manager

We are a dynamic and growing independent automotive repair shop looking for a highly motivated Service Manager to lead our service department. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service operation, ensuring it runs smoothly and profitably. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of the automotive industry, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers
  • Taking ownership of customers' experiences
  • Managing and hiring technicians and service advisors
  • Distributing work between technicians
  • Prioritizing required services
  • Ensuring customers have a positive experience
  • Providing concierge support for owner inquiries

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service Advisor, Service Management, or Independent Auto Repair Shop Management experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $80K - $120K plus bonus and profit sharing opportunities, depending on experience.
