**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, shipping, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The successful candidate will manage people, processes, and systems to ensure productivity targets are met and that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Supervise Daily Warehouse Activities:**
    • Oversee quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
  • **Manage Shipping and Receiving Department:**
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • **Schedule and Oversee Warehouse Team:**
    • Schedule and manage the warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
  • **Inspect Equipment and Maintain Warehouse:**
    • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.
  • **Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards:**
    • Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards.
  • **Maintain High Standard of Customer Service:**
    • Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing and resolving warehouse issues in a timely manner.
  • **Monitor and Manage Inventory Levels:**
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct physical counts, and reconcile with data storage systems.
  • **Develop and Implement Processes:**
    • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • **Train and Manage Warehouse Team:**
    • Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar management position.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
  • Ability to manage inventory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
