We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Export Packer to join our team at Weber Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packing and assembly of export orders.

• Pick and pack orders according to customer and delivery date requirements
• Sort and consolidate orders for export and domestic shipping
• Learn and utilize computer systems to locate parts and track inventory
• Maintain high productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
• Rotate to Assembly or Export/LTL packing areas as business needs dictate
• Meet assigned rate of job for each individual order or schedule
• Verify labels and ensure correct packaging materials and procedures
• Sort orders by country and date of delivery
• Data entry and inventory management
• Pack orders in assigned cartons and verify part numbers and descriptions
• Place completed orders on proper skids for shipping
• Verify labels and ensure correct shipping information
• Pick and pack by deadline
• Packing by country of origin and consolidating smaller boxes into bigger boxes if necessary
• Create necessary paperwork for shipping
• Create labels for boxes (country and PO information)
• Measure boxes and skids

• Must have parts and procedure knowledge
• Ability to work as a team with other members of the cell
• Maintain proper housekeeping
• Adherence to safety requirements
• Ability to drive a light-duty picking machine or climb a 16-foot ladder

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
