Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that all stock is properly stored and accounted for.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
  • Lean and 5S principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
