Project Director

At Michael Page, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our Construction Management team, you will be responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and exemplify safe work practices
• Establish operational priorities and ensure a quality project
• Maintain positive and effective working relationships with both internal and external members of the Project Team and support departments
• Facilitate the subcontractor bid process
• Negotiate subcontractor and material buyout
• Plan and schedule projects
• Manage jobs in progress
• Manage project costs
• Perform project closeout
• Provide leadership and training to less experienced personnel

Requirements:
• College degree in design, engineering, architecture, or construction management or a minimum of 5 years related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore
• Experience working on Education, Healthcare, or Industrial projects
