Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at The Renfrew Center. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our site operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the site, including phone and front desk reception.
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
  • Generate reports, collect patient fees, and schedule appointments electronically.
  • Manage invoicing, patient census, and electronic billing procedures.
  • Coordinate office environment and vendor services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients, families, staff, and guests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare office setting, preferably with knowledge of insurance and billing.
  • Advanced customer service and support skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, and EMR.
