Sales Director

As a Sales Manager II at Service Corporation International, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales quotas, increase market share, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and train sales staff to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Provide ongoing sales training and coaching to ensure sales staff meet customer needs
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform sales strategies
Manage sales budgets and ensure compliance with financial controls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Sales experience not required, but sales supervisory experience preferred
Valid state/province driver's license with good driving record
Insurance license as required by state/province law
Working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment and MS office applications
