Solutions Center Representative

Join Tailored Management as a Solutions Center Representative and take on a challenging role that requires exceptional customer service skills and a strong understanding of insurance products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, partners, and investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients and partners on a variety of topics related to insurance products.
- Understand and interpret product requirements, including current and discontinued products, to provide accurate information and support.
- Apply changes and enhancements to new and old products, based on daily communications, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow a process of documentation to support our strategy of knowing our clients better than anyone.
- Ensure compliance with client and professional licensure requirements, company policies, and state and local laws.
- Provide education to clients on tax implications, penalties, surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, capital preservation, and benefits related to plans and contracts.
- Analyze problems to determine the proper course of action and strive for first-time final resolution, working with internal partners as needed.
- Integrate lean methodology into daily interactions through problem-solving meetings and team huddles.
- Develop and grow through monthly individual meetings with leadership to set in place a career path strategy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred.
- One year of experience in customer service, sales-related occupations.
- Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process.
- Solid understanding of state and local laws necessary to understand the legal implications of certain product features in different states.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software.
