  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide general health and contraceptive information to patients.
  • Collect accurate patient data, communicate effectively, and sensitively to patients from diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and caring services to internal and external customers.
  • Meet individual and team productivity metrics and compliance standards.
  • Process online appointment requests, collect insurance information, and verify coverage.
  • Problem solve and triage calls/questions to appropriate medical personnel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity metrics.
