Reconstructive Surgery LPN

About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Orthopaedic Surgery department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider.
- Prepare patients for provider evaluations, including obtaining specimens and positioning for exams.
- Document patient information in the electronic medical record.
- Provide patient education and support to promote healthy outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the State of Virginia (LPN) required.
- AHA BLS-HCP certification required.
