Director of Strategic Account Management

We're seeking a Director of Strategic Account Management to lead our Client Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability through client relationships. With a focus on agency holding company relationships and programmatic executions, you'll leverage your expertise in managing large-scale operations within the advertising media sector to deliver exceptional results.
About the RoleThis role requires a strong leader who can build and maintain high-performing teams, develop and execute strategies, and drive growth through client relationships. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to align goals and objectives, and external partners to identify new opportunities and optimize existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability through client relationships.
- Lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.
- Identify new opportunities and optimize existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in account management/client services, preferably in an Adtech company or media company.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of the Roku platform and ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-performing teams and develop effective strategies to drive business results.
We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
