Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to lead our healthcare communications team. This is a senior management role that requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and excellent leadership skills.

Virgo Health is a leading healthcare communications agency that works with pharmaceutical, biotech, and device companies to inform and educate healthcare professionals about the latest developments in clinical research and therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate working relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other third parties to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the formulation and handling of issues response to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience at a healthcare communications and/or logistics company, including account director experience.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science preferred or of graduate caliber.
  • Leadership skills, excellent people management skills, and ability to use own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, project and time-management skills, and financial management skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000 depending on experience.
