We are seeking a qualified Caregiver to join our team at Cloverland Park Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to a designated group of residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Observe and report any changes in a resident's condition, including symptoms, behavior, and physical changes.
- Respond promptly to resident call bells and security system alerts.
- Notify supervisors and healthcare coordinators of any changes in a resident's condition or care needs.
- Assist with continence management and maintain the cleanliness of resident suites and community restrooms.
- Prepare and serve meals, and assist with food tray collection.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, including cleaning and organizing resident rooms and common areas.
- Engage residents in activities and promote their independence, dignity, and physical safety.
- Participate in life skills and other life enrichment activities, and assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members, and team members.
- Certified Nurse's Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
