Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cloverland Park Senior Living. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations to residents
- Monitor and manage resident conditions, coordinating services as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Two years of LPN experience required
- Two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- $5000 sign-on bonus
