We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Program Coordinator. In this capacity, you will provide essential executive assistance to our Founder while overseeing the operational elements of our Training Programs.

Position Summary: As the Legal Program Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring our Founder is well-prepared to meet client needs. Your duties will encompass coordinating program logistics, managing calendars, and facilitating high-level communications.

  • Salary: $45,000 annually.
  • Full-time role with paid holidays and additional benefits based on tenure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare thoroughly for client programs, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are organized.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for our Founder, managing communications and scheduling with efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings with accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate of completion required.
  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) as an executive assistant or in a supportive role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
