- Assist management with daily office tasks, including answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, filing, and ordering.

- Enter estimates and invoices, receive and return phone calls, and provide estimates and invoicing.

- Bill Auto Insurance Companies and order Auto Glass and other shop materials from current vendors.

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of small business operations, including A/P & A/R.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

- Knowledge of Microsoft and Google Programs.

- Understanding of accounts payable/accounts receivable within small business.

- Experience in the glass & glazing and/or auto glass industry is preferred.
