The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Loan process through all stages. The role is responsible for gathering documents and information requested in conjunction with commercial lending applications. The role will also be responsible for pulling reports for management.

What you will do for Constructive Loans:

  • Coordinate and monitoroperational deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Work with various departments and act as liaison between departments
  • Create, retrieve, and provide reportsto help manage day-to-day operations
  • Facilitate, schedule, and record meetings as needed
  • Assist with onboarding new hires including scheduling and coordinating training
  • Assist and completeregulatory monitoring tasks for timely completion
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
What you will bring to Constructive Loans:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 1 + years of experience in support of a loan operations team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work and adapt to using multiple operating systems and applications as needed
  • Self-motivated, detail-driven, and highly responsive
  • Able to work with multiple departments and leaders
