Dexian - DISYS is seeking a skilled Financial Crimes Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Crimes Department, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating financial crimes risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze complex financial crimes challenges to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial crimes risk management initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into financial crimes incidents to identify root causes and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging financial crimes trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience in financial crimes, operational risk, fraud, sanctions, anti-bribery, and corruption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
