Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing financial and operational oversight to the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care and the Division of Hospital Medicine. This role will involve preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and analyzing variances. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring financial activity, preparing financial reports, and providing data to division directors and department leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts for clinical and administrative activities.
- Monitor financial activity and analyze variances.
- Prepare financial reports and provide data to division directors and department leaders.
- Assist with financial planning and budgeting.
- Provide financial and operational oversight to the divisions.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A Master's Degree is preferred. A minimum of three years of accounting or finance experience is required, with experience in an academic or clinical setting preferred.
Conditions of Employment
