Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative care programs and protocols to improve patient safety and satisfaction
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice through research and education
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited MSN or DNP Clinical Pediatric Nurse Specialist program
  • Current unrestricted RN license issued by or recognized by the NCBON with recognition to practice as a CNS
  • Certification in Pediatric CNS (CNS-P)
  • Minimum 3 years of pediatric RN clinical experience and 1 year of pediatric critical care RN clinical experience
