Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the fleet of equipment to ensure it is clean and well-maintained
  • Track and itemize inventory to optimize efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor fuel receipts and petty cash to maintain financial accuracy
  • Maintain a secure and clean environment for customers and staff
  • Participate in ongoing training and development through U-Haul University
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of management experience in retail or a related industry with a focus on financial results and customer satisfaction
  • Strong computer skills and organizational expertise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate risks and physical demands
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
