About the Role

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR leadership team to drive HR daily operations and employee services throughout the site.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the seasonal staffing process, including planning, recruitment, selection, and pre-employment testing and scheduling.
  • Support HR leadership efforts in labor and employee relations.
  • Perform generalist duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with an emphasis in Human Resources.
  • Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions and work independently.
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative.

  • Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
