Senior Director, Membership and Loyalty Programs

We're seeking a Senior Director, Membership and Loyalty Programs to develop and execute comprehensive membership programs that drive customer loyalty, revenue growth, and a sense of community among our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic vision for membership programs aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Design, launch, and manage innovative membership programs to attract and retain customers, driving increased engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee the financial performance of membership programs, ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and other departments to integrate membership programs seamlessly into overall business strategies.
- Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through personalized and exclusive membership benefits, services, and offerings.
- Utilize data analytics to measure program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing, Strategy, Product development, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in a multi-channel retail company with revenue of $2B+.
- Innovative and strategic thinking related to loyalty programs, credit card, and member-based programs.
- Expert knowledge of marketing function and competencies, including strategic planning, program management, and measurement.
