We are an expanding online retail company focused on providing high-quality products for various sports, including bass fishing, tennis, running, pickleball, equestrian activities, ice/roller hockey, roller derby, inline skating, and skateboarding.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine interest in fishing as a leisure activity or competitive sport.
  • Hands-on knowledge of fishing gear, its functions, and advantages.
  • The ability to provide friendly, professional, and effective support to all customers, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to utilize available resources to address product and order inquiries.
  • A thorough understanding of current company policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Flexibility during peak times, assisting colleagues and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and skill development relevant to the position.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment

  • This position is situated in a fast-paced open office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers and telephones.

Physical Requirements
