Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pickleball Enthusiast to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers, fostering a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized product recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the team.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying current on new products, promotions, and sales.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales goals and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
