Duties:

  • Execute marketing strategies to drive QFHCS awareness.
  • Assist in the management of marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Work towards the creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and threats.
  • Utilize various marketing channels including social media, print advertising and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support, guide and coordinate care for patients, families and caregivers as they navigate their health and wellness journeys.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Must have Case Management experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to Home Healthcare.
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with potential clients, partners and client families.
  • Great organizational and customer service skills.
  • Must have a clean background check. (Criminal history and fingerprint).
  • Must quickly familiarize yourself with QFHCS Policies & Procedures.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media marketing strategies.
  • Experience with print advertising campaigns.
  • Strong research skills to identify market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising techniques.
  • Ability to interpret analytics gata to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Experience in traditional advertising methods and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in business to business sales.
