Position Title: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute holistic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, acquiring leads, and boosting conversion rates.
  • Direct and oversee diverse marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email outreach, content creation, and search engine optimization.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to implement organic and paid promotional strategies.
  • Leverage HubSpot for automating marketing processes, nurturing leads, and managing customer relationships.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, employing data-driven insights to refine and enhance outcomes.
  • Work in conjunction with cross-departmental teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overarching business goals.
  • Administer the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and emerging marketing technologies to maintain innovative and effective strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or performance marketing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing teams.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot and retention marketing strategies.
  • Proficient analytical skills with experience in utilizing marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in the healthcare or dental sectors.
