Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, maintenance, and repair of ATE/SLT hardware
* Thermal setup installation and operation
* Troubleshooting of SLT and ATE setups
* Test setup validation with a golden unit
* Ongoing socket monitoring and maintenance

Requirements:

* Knowledge of IC testing setups and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of thermal control and chiller operation
* Ability to read mechanical drawings and general mechanical knowledge
* Ability to repair socket under microscope and lift 25 pounds load-board

Preferred Skills:

* ATE setup experience with chiller, plunger, Advantest 93k, Winway, Tcore, and Chroma
* Understanding of loadboards, test points, test socket, and chip placements
* Experience with temperature settings for chiller, issue debugging due to HW errors, and mechanical errors
* HW lab experience with oscilloscope, DMM, electrical measurements, and issue debugging
