Payroll Administrator

Job Summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll division, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate bi-weekly processing of pay for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for a minimum of 200 employees using Deltek CostPoint.
  • Work closely with the Accounting Department to provide wage and tax information.
  • Coordinate and communicate payments for state and federal agencies.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.
  • Provide payroll-related support to employees.
  • Act as a liaison between EPS payroll division and 401k provider.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and taxes.
  • Deltek CostPoint experience preferred.
  • Associate degree required.
Desired Skills
  • Deltek CostPoint experience.
  • Certified Payroll Professional certification.
