Key Responsibilities:
  • Department Management: Lead and manage the HR Team, ensuring alignment with Flomatic's values and overseeing performance management and appraisals.
  • HR Strategy and Culture: Develop HR strategies promoting a healthy, diverse culture aligned with Flomatic's objectives.
  • Policies and Procedures: Continuously improve HR systems and policies in line with best practices and legislation.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Oversee recruitment, ensuring compliance and effective onboarding throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Compensation and Rewards: Review and benchmark compensation models and recognition programs.
  • Staff Development & Engagement: Lead employee engagement surveys, talent development, performance appraisals, and career development programs.
  • Training and HR Implementation: Develop and deliver training programs and provide guidance on HR issues.
  • Administration and Reporting: Ensure effective workforce reporting, payroll processing, and regular updates on HR metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategic HR management or as an HR business partner.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.

  • Competitive Compensation: $120K - $135K
