About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mitigation Specialist to join our team at Rainbow Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality mitigation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level mitigation services to clients, including water damage restoration, fire damage clean-up, and mold remediation.
  • Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Respond to emergency calls and initiate mitigation efforts according to IICRC standards and company protocols.
  • Communicate with clients about scope of work and review necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times.
  • Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mitigation and construction.
  • IICRC Certifications preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.
  • Availability to work after hours and weekends, and on rotation for emergency calls.
  • Clean Background check.
  • Good Driving record.
