Luxury Aviation Business Development Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to focus on developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients at all levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for looking after assigned regions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and meeting potential clients
- Manage a team of Sales Managers, providing training and development support
- Negotiate agreements and resolve client issues
- Expand existing customer base by engaging top tour operators and agencies
- Create awareness of products and services to increase market influence and generate future sales
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Private Aviation
- Minimum 3 years based within the region
- Experience managing a team of Sales specialists
- Charter Sales (Brokerage and/or Operator) experience
- Proficiency in English
- Goal-oriented mindset
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
