We are seeking highly motivated and sales-focused individuals to join our team as Direct Demo Sales Representatives in Vancouver Costco locations.
As a Direct Demo Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol and Zena Nutrition to Costco members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
- Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
- Must be able to lift and carry a 2' x 4' folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift.
- Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.
Compensation:
- Starting at $24-26 an hour plus bonus based on surpassing sale quotas.
- W-2 Employment.
- We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.
- Average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day, while top brand ambassadors make $500+ per day.
Bonus Payout:
We have a bonus structure in place, which reflects how much your potential earnings could be. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day.
- Sell 30 Super Greens, you'll make $90 in commission.
- Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you'll make $60 in commission.
- Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you'll make $15 in commission.
