Job Summary

RTX is seeking a skilled Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Columbus Forge organization, you will be responsible for all aspects of part maturation from raw material to end use.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement plans that align with our business strategy to further our world-class technology portfolio

Provide operational engineering support to develop technologies and processes that support growth and cost reduction targets

Leverage manufacturing innovations to improve cost, delivery, and quality of aerospace disk forgings; assist with problem-solving during manufacturing-related investigations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a closely related technical or physical science discipline combined with 2 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, program/project management, or similar industrial environment

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (aerospace, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial)
