Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements within the production environment
- Implement formal continuous improvement procedures such as root cause analysis and lean manufacturing
- Analyze electronic products for new production launches
- Evaluate electronic test documentation for quality and efficiency
- Provide management with production results, ROI, and future ideas
Requirements:
- A four-year engineering degree
- 2+ years of process improvement experience within a manufacturing company
- Electronic production experience
- Hands-on type of engineer
- Creative and technical mindset
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to relate to a variety of people
