Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Perdue Farms is a leading provider of premium proteins, and we're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our management team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events. You will also be responsible for preparing records, composing documents, and performing other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supervisor's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate events, including arranging for facilities and catering
  • Prepare records, such as agendas, minutes, and resolutions
  • Compose and prepare corporate documents and records
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • College degree preferred
  • Two years of experience in an office setting
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Work Environment

This role will be based in a dry environment with occasional noise and light exposure. You will be required to use office equipment, including a computer and calculator. You may also be required to wear personal protective equipment, such as a hard hat and lab coat, when working in the plant.
