Job Overview

Company Overview:
Sparks Group is collaborating with a prominent national retailer to seek a Logistics Office Coordinator for a newly established distribution center. This position is initially a contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Ideal candidates will possess over a year of experience in an administrative role, with a strong command of Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Distribution Center Manager with various daily operations
  • Utilize a handheld scanner for inventory management
  • Manage email correspondence effectively
  • Generate daily reports and transfer data into Excel
  • Format and compile summarized data files in Excel
  • Print picking sheets and allocate them to warehouse staff
  • Rectify ecommerce order discrepancies
  • Assist in inventory management and conduct various research and cycle counts
  • Print shipping labels for carriers
  • Support order picking, packing, and product receiving tasks
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, utilize a ladder, and navigate the facility, including bending and standing for extended periods

This position requires in-person attendance.
