Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Branch Manager: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to implement actions that drive financial objectives and achieve business success.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Review and analyze business performance data to identify key operational opportunities and recommend decisions to address them.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and counsel staff and front-line personnel to provide ongoing support and development.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize core processes and positively influence client relationships and business opportunities.
  • Communication: Manage and foster effective communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Daily Operations: Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled.
  • Performance Management: Responsible for the performance management of direct staff, including Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and other staff as applicable.
  • Compliance: Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee rental operations, direct and check daily paperwork flow, and communicate with sales personnel regarding jobs, quotes, and problems.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure Safety training and protocols are followed and implemented at the branch, and be available on a 24-hour basis for customer needs and facility security alarm situations.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Communication and Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Judgment: Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment to a variety of situations.
  • Collaboration and Presentation: Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Mechanical Aptitude and Time Management: Strong mechanical aptitude and time management skills.
  • Emotional Intelligence and Leadership: Emotional Intelligence and influential leadership skills.
  • Process Optimization: Basic knowledge of principles of 6s to accurately optimize processes.
  • Customer Service and Organization: Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum four years of experience in operations in manufacturing or the construction industry is preferred.
  3. Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
