Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Oversee the CO revival process, working various pool queues to support the legal process, and ensuring that judgments are revived in a timely manner.
- Document Preparation: Draft and e-file various motions, including requests for itemized statements and satisfactions, while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research to locate current addresses for skip tracing and non-service purposes, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to FDCPA, ACA, FTC, and State compliance guidelines, and maintain ongoing education to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Legal Department, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Secondary education is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of working experience in a professional office environment.
- Availability: Must be able to come into the office a minimum of twice a week.
